Please note, by signing up to the Hot Tub Bronze Plan you are agreeing to the below:

• The plan runs in 12 month cycles as a rolling 12 month contract. Meaning you must pay a minimum of 12 monthly payments to gain the benefits from the plan.
• Your plan includes 1 hot tub service. This will be scheduled in the 12th month of the plan. Should you have your hot tub service sooner than the 12th month, you will still owe up to and including the 12th month.
• Should you cancel your plan before the 12 month cycle finishes, you will still owe the remaining balance to the full price of the plan.

• The plan runs in 12 month cycles as a rolling 12 month contract. Meaning you must pay a minimum of 12 monthly payments to gain the benefits from the plan.
• Your plan includes 1 hot tub service. This will be scheduled in the 12th month of the plan. Should you have your hot tub service sooner than the 12th month, you will still owe up to and including the 12th month.
• Your plan includes 1 x Soft & Easy Chemical Kit to be posted to your address every 4 months from the sign up date. This will be posted out on month 4, 8 and 12.
• Your plan includes suitable filter(s) to be posted to your address every 3 months from the sign up date. This will be posted out on month 3, 6, 9 and 12.
• You can choose not to have your chemicals/filters delivered (e.g. if you already have a surplus). However, your payments will stay the same every month.
• Should you cancel your plan before the 12 month cycle finishes, you will still owe the remaining balance to the full price of the plan.
• If you sign up for a Black Diamond Spas Service Plan within two weeks of delivery, you will receive a Soft & Easy chemical kit before your initial starter kit runs out. This ensures you always have a continuous supply of essential chemicals for your spa. Future deliveries of chemical kits will be scheduled accordingly, ensuring you receive a new kit every four months.
